Mr Scapin exudes professionalism and promptness. He was cordial and extremely capable of handling our last minute need. We had acquired a larger lender outside of our area and were let down time and time. He was able to get our paperwork, appraisal and into closing within 3 weeks. That's unheard of! What a pleasure he was to work with and our son will be using him within the next 6 months. Dont make the same mistake we did of seeing a larger national lender when Mr Scapin is right here.
