Mr. John is the best. He was very well organized, down to earth and personable. He let me know what I needed to do for closing, and was on time with everything. John walked us through every step of the process. He emailed, called, texted, etc., anytime he needed something and it was very easy to get him everything he needed. He is detail oriented and made sure we understood everything happening. This was my first experience with making such a large purchase as buying a home. It was easily the most important financial undertaking of my life and Mr.Scapin treated that fact with respect and patience. He was always available to answer my questions, and explained every part of the process in terms that I could understand so I was always informed in my decisions.
