John was very cocky and made me feel NOT that I made a great choice by choosing primary residential, but like it was my only option because no other lender would even try to work with me since I'm young. He was very disrespectful and sarcastic towards me. I was given inaccurate information in the closing process,and when I asked John if I could speak to someone in a higher position he refused to give me any information and said "whatever".
