Always explain what is about to happen, time expectation and any costs. Adam assisted in those pesky new car settings. Although everything was explained when i purchased the car, the amenities can bogle the mind. So between the manual and Adam all was explained in detail and reviewed. 5 star service! Adam also instructed me that if anything else comes up, call or stop by.
