Of everyone I met during the process, Jon was the most patient in explaining industry terms and walking us through the associated costs and overall timing. I found that he was extremely helpful and responsive all throughout the process, which was a great relief to us when it came time to close. I would absolutely recommend Jon.

What a difference this was from my previous home purchases. Jonathan worked with me to create a loan package that worked with my situation that the other banks were not willing to do, and I felt that he really cared about supporting me. From our first face to face meeting to discuss options, to Jonathan sitting with me at closing, just to make sure everything worked out, I felt like I was getting excellent customer service.

Jon and his team made the process effortless from start to finish. Jon is easy to work with and was very accommodating with my busy schedule. I was late getting him a doc and he made the effort to come by my house...on Super Bowl Sunday...to get it so I didn't lose out on a lower interest rate. He gave us outlines of different types of loans and cost, advised us based on his personal and professional opinion and experiences on what cost of home we could afford and was conservative in his estimates which we greatly appreciated.
