It all went the way he said, except for the 15,000 I only got $12,000 from you and 500 from my escrow I wasn't supposed to have to pay August or September but they took August out and I don't guess I'm getting that back what she said I would. Other than that it was great

Jon was a superior rep.on my behalf. He was very forward thinking and professional. However, the underwriting team was quite the contrary. They were slow to respond and very unclear. Without Jon stepping in on multiple occasions to clear up confusing and contradictory requests I would most likely have had to walk away. The underwriters had a understandable thorough approach, But, decidedly not a very customer friendly one. Thank-you
