My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 every Sunday at the office at 2 o'clock dr. Trankina in his office was running 1 hour behind it was almost 4 o'clock before I got sick when I did finally get seen I waited for months and months to see what it's supposed to be the best doctor 4 Gastrology, he turned out to be extremely rude he walked into the room. I tried tospeak, he barely gave me a minute to tell him those he turned around he told me what he thought it might be didn't let me.terrible Dr.
Office staff does not return calls. Promises to return calls but does not follow through. Terrible / non existent response time.
I personally do not have an issue with Dr. Trankina himself. What was lacking was the office staff's poor response to Messages left. Called on a Friday morning, Left message no response, Called Monday talked to receptionist who then put me on hold and to wait until the office nurse was done. Waited 10 minutes on hold and then automatic back to voicemail. Left message no return call. Tuesday morning extreme abd pain left message finally return call at 3 pm while in the ER I was admitted C diff.
