I’m in my 80’s, am pre-diabetic, and had my thyroid removed due to cancer. Dr. Weldon has been treating me for years. He takes time to explain things in a way I can understand. He also patiently listens to my medical problems and concerns. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Welden takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed to discuss any issues or concerns you may be experiencing and provides medical guidance in a practical way that you can incorporate into your life.

Dr. Weldon is always professional, courteous, and thorough. He walks in the room with a smile on his face. Asks how you were doing. I’ve been seeing him for years, and I would never switch to another endocrinologist.

I have been with Dr. Welden since he started at the Baton Rouge Clinic and I cannot say enough good things! He is so efficient, considerate, knowledgeable, and caring! I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be called back, and never more than 2 minutes once the nurse is done pre-checking! He answers all the questions, and asks the questions!
I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my checkups! He covers my blood work and keeps me informed on test that are needed.
This was my regular four month visit. He asks questions I ask questions. I leave feeling satisfied and heard knowing that if any more questions arise I can message him and he or his nurse reply that day.
He saved my life.
Very interested in improving quality of life. As blood work improves unnecessary medication is removed. Very pleased with patient interaction.
