Well it's a hard call to rate Dr Levy! I have been a patient for a one year or so, he's wonderful. Last year we discussed an elbow replacement and he was a bit reluctant to do it but it's gotten so bad I really had to revisit it today. The good news is he's an amazing doctor, the bad news is as of October he is no longer accepting Medicare. That said to have the surgery now it will cost me, an existing patient $12,500.00. Dr J. levy office is well organized .Staff is professional , kind , respectful.They provide adequate information verbally and documents to guide their patients care.The office waits is never excessive . Today was especially busy with wait time an hour. Once back in exam room, he came in almost immediately. This is unusual; rarely wait more than 10-15”. Front staff excellent in dealing with frustrated patients and went out of their way to be polite and helpful. Although Dr Levy was behind schedule, he didn’t make me feel hurried, explained the surgery clearly and completely, and listened and answered my questions thoroughly.

Very busy today. We waited an hour to be called back but didn’t wait long once in the exam room. We have been there numerous times and this was an unusual day. Even though he was behind schedule, he made sure all my questions were answered and explained the surgery completely and with clarity.

Dr Levy and his staff: Including reception, x-ray, medical assistants and his loyal P.A have been just short of amazing though our ongoing relationship.From my first diagnostic visit over two years ago they were 'on the ball!' At that time it was determined that my previous shoulder replacement had failed due to a bone infection.
