He makes you understand the entire process and in such a way that you know what you are going through and yet he doesn’t alarm you.,the staff is very helpful and they know what they need to do to assist you. 13 years ago when I experienced severe right shoulder pain my Internist referred me to Dr. Levy. At my first appointment he listened to my concerns, tested my shoulder and X-rays were taken. He explained the issues in my shoulder so that I could easily understand what the issues were and then told me my options. I had Arthroscopic surgery followed by PT and have been pain free since then. Despite my suggesting an aggressive approach, he has chosen a minimally invasive, more of a sparing approach. I totally agree that many other surgeons would have been far more aggressive.
