This visit was a pre op appointment for right shoulder replacement. Last June I had the other shoulder replaced and the outcome is better than expected. Full range of motion and never any pain.
From the front desk and checkout personnel, to the doctors I met with, everyone was truly outstanding and highly skilled. Brandon, Sara, and Dr. Levy all made me feel welcome, put me at ease, spent time thoroughly assessing my shoulder, explained things more thoroughly than any other doctor ever, and had me leaving feeling much better than when I came in. I’m not sure you can ask for anything more.

We had a miscommunication re my appt. and, STILL THEY GOT ME INQUICKLY WITH PROFESSIONALISM & SMILES! Great Dr! & Staff!!
I was treated as a valued patient throughout my visit. The office staff, attending nurse, radiology technician, Sara Blum PA, and Dr. Levy were friendly, thorough and highly professional. Dr. Levy me walked through my x-rays, explained the issues and outlined possible solutions. I am now more comfortable with my treatment options.

Dr Levy and his team performed a textbook consutation on a difficult issue. His team of Nadia, Dr phillip, Dr Levy and the xray tech worked well together. They produced a rational, reasonable diagnosis of my issue. I am thankful for their care and relief in having an answer that I gives confidence. The diagnosis leaves me with difficult choices but that is not the responsibility of Dr Levy. I will contact Dr Levy with some questions that I did not have time to formulate during the brief, information filled meeting.

My surgery is next week. My pre-op appointment was great. All my issues were answered, surgery procedure explained, medications discussed, and Dr Levy is personable, approachable, and reassuring. Worth waiting for. Physical therapist had me video instructions on how to put on ,take off sling and exercises, great idea.
