Very professional office. Appointment was right on time. The doctor explained in a detailed drawing what the surgery would consist of. They went the extra mile to make appointments for the testing needed the same day since I was driving 4 hours. Definitely worth the drive.

Information and instructions were forthcoming. The level of organization in this office is incredible, nothing is overlooked. Appointment was on time. Sara Blum and Dr. Levy each sat and addressed all my concerns and questions. I never felt rushed, and I am very confident moving forward with surgery in a few days.

First, they run an excellent business. I was seen at my appointed time! Very rare. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I had heard good things about Dr. Levy and they were all true. He went over all my options and did not try to rush a surgical procedure.

Dr. Levy performed surgery on my shoulder 12 years ago and gave me back the shoulder of a 25 year old to this day. He has a friendly accessible demeanor and always listens carefully to your problem and explains things thoroughly. I would go to no one else for a problem with my upper extremity.

Dr. Levy looked at my MRI CD and determined that I did not have a tear of my rotator cuff, different from the report from the radiologist at the testing center. Since this is his specialty it was a relief to find that out.

Dr. Levy is extremely professional and his staff is very organized. I had shoulder surgery with him and thus far everything has gone according to plan has been a very unique experience. I researched all the best specialist for shoulder surgery and my choosing Dr. Levy is clearly the right decision.

Dr. Levy was very personable, honest and direct. He answered all my questions, and I had many...I feel extremely confident in his abilities and his care! His PA is also wonderful and very competent. The other amazing thing is that those in the waiting room (in different stages of their procedure) all said the same thing to each other and talked about NO lingering pain after surgery!Nancy
