I placed an order today for a co worker that got a promotion and was very disappointed in what I received especially for the cost. Looks nothing like the picture I picked the arrangement from and for the cost Kroger’s would have done a better job and would have been cheaper ! Sad this was my first time ever ordering flowers over the internet!

I ordered the Polka Dot bouquets for my granddaughters. They got half dead white daisies and white roses. No pink roses or perky daisies. Very disappointing.
Flowers were pretty but no card was included to identify who sent the bouquet. After placing two calls to them, still no answer as to who sent the flowers. How can tracing this order back to the sender be that difficult?
