I was along time customer of Bloomtastic, but after the basic arrangement they sent after my mother's surgery for $100+ and the casual card they attached - "GWS" read the card, I will not be returning. They could not even bother to write out Get Well Soon. Very disappointing. Flowers are personal; and if I want a commodity experience, I can call 800-Flowers.
