I have nothing but great things to say about JFPH. Dr. Guntharp saved my precious baby back in 2006, and they’ve had a loyal client in me ever since. Dr. Barnes is now our regular vet, and takes exceptional care of all of our babies. From the front desk, vet techs, kennel staff, to the doctors themselves, you can tell they all genuinely care for the animals. Today was my first time going to JFPH, our sweet 13 1/2 yr old Boston Terrier Roxy was in the end stages of congestive heart failure. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist I could feel the concern and compassion. When we arrived we were taken to a beautifully decorated homey room. I had a great experience! They was so sweet and lovable to my baby syris! And everyone was so nice and answered any questions I had.
We just had new six new additions to our house. Our friends at the Jonesboro Family Pet Hospital was awesome. Like always of course. A special thank you to Dr. Guntharp, Dr. Barnes, Julia, John, Stephanie, and the other young ladies that I don’t know their names. You guys and gals were great. Had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was super nice and welcoming....
Just after the snow storm, our dog started having serious issues. We brought him to you guys and a diagnosis was found. He had a tumor. Dr. McMahand was so good to our dog and was so kind to us. When Kody got really bad in the middle of the night, he met us there and handled everything so professionally and was so kind. It broke our hearts to have to say goodbye to our sweet dog, but we thank Dr. McMahand so much for his kindness and caring work. Thank you so much and you have earned our business in the future!
They took us in as a walk-in and were absolutely wonderful with our baby!!! She’s very sick, but hopefully we can get her well soon!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
