Working with Jordan was great! He helped us with our recent refinance and the process was fast and efficient. We had plenty of questions and Jordan help answer them fast and with as much detail as we needed. It was great to finally work with someone who had our best interest in mind and who was as transparent as possible through the entire process.We ran into a snag with our final tax posting and Jordan and team helped us get through the hurdle quickly and in time to close on the refinance without any problems.
Jordan performed flawlessly from start to finish on our FHA loan for a fourplex. We were under tight time constraints, with no chance of a contract extension, and Jordan kept us in the loop on the action he was taking to ensure we closed on time. We got a great rate, plus our property was technically in a flood zone and Jordan was actually able to get our flood insurance requirement dropped! Amazing!
