The lender was very professional indicating exactly the procedures to be followed, the timing of the activities that will lead to a quick closing. In addition, all documents were accurately requested conducive to providing exactly what was necessary to move forward. And, when ready after review by the team, documents were passed on to underwriting, who obviously receive all needed, well prepared and complete. Consequently, you have a timely approval with no-delay closing to the complete satisfaction of the customer, me.
