Jordan was proactive with communication, he listened to my concerns and addressed them, he was humble when he wasn't sure of an answer, fully willing to get with his leadership team and get back to me to make sure the answers were accurate. I did not feel like we were merely a "sale" or number (even though I am very aware of the tight competition to land these types of loans).

Jordan really listened to us. Got back to us as soon as possible, if a question came up. And the loan went through as quick as possible. The closing cost was a breeze. The money we received back was more than expected.

Jordon as a person is great and has a great future. Right now, it's obvious that some of the structure, support, and processes that should be in place for any loan originator are not in place. Things seem to pop up at the last minute, which could have unnecessarily stopped the process less than 48 hours from closing for many borrowers.
