Ricky is the best. His video attachment that he provides in emails that do a breakdown of the loan options really helps for people like us that don’t understand what all the numbers mean. This has been our 3rd house and have had 2 refi’s in our life and Ricky was awesome with the finances when we purchased this home so we had to use him again for the refi even with him moving to another company.
