She understands the area, the market trends, her client's likes and dislikes, and gets you to your dream home. I highly recommend working with Chad on your next home purchase/sale! My wife and I purchased a house and Chad made it easy the entire way. He did virtual house tours for us, was always on top of proactively communicating with the sellers on our behalf, and set us up with an ecosystem of other helpful parties and tools throughout the process that made everything very straightforward.

Feel fortunate to have found Chad Woolsey to work with me. I always felt involved and my opinion heard-thru the process of buying and selling my homes.
