Dr.Nesheiwat is an excellent rheumatologist. He took my symptoms seriously, performed a complete evaluation, and ordered an ultrasound that identified synovitis in multiple MCP joints. He explained the results clearly and started appropriate treatment. His thoroughness and evidence-based approach made a major difference in my care. Highly recommended for anyone with complex or inflammatory joint symptoms.

I wish all my doctors were as thorough, as direct, as frank, yet compassionate as this one! There’s a kindness that can be had in providing information about one’s diagnosis, even when there is no viable treatment that will make a significant difference for the condition. There’s knowledge that you need to just move on to the next problem, the next cause or goal because this one’s not going anywhere positive!
My waiting time was very short once I got checked in and Dr. Nesheiwat was very thorough, friendly and kind. He took his time, looked over my records and gave me a plan that he thought I could follow. Would definitely recommend.
