Joe and his team went above and beyon on this transaction. The client asked me on a Friday if we can close by the next Thursday and the Underwriters and closers all stepped up and made it happen, even though we didn't have an appraisal in yet. Once the tidewater appraisal came in on Wednesday, they were able to execute a COC and still get docs out for signing and funding same day on Thursday for an awesome birthday present for my clients. This was an awesome feeling and I"m sure that the borrower will never forget it.
