I think Josh communicated a lot and in a very timely manner. However, there was more than once that we asked for specific numbers and didn't get them. He sent a bunch of numbers, but they were not what we specifically asked for. I think the down payment increments were not correct and interest rate was and then the next time the down payment increments were curvy, but the interest rate wasn't. Josh at msi was wonderful to work qith we had 2 ho.es that had fell through due to 8nspections and contingent buyers but through all of it he kept in touch with us and on our 3rd try we got the ho.e we were looking for and him and his team communicated with us the whole way through the process and where very helpful and responsive to every question we asked i would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to get financing for a home
