The easiest mortgage process I have had so far. Josh lead us through everything and keep up great communication.

Timely communication. I might would recommend for 1st home buyers offering more of an explanation on the process and what each step and process means as far as the bigger picture. I felt that I had a sound comprehension but I can see where the process of the loan can be complicated and confusing to a first time buyer.
