From start to finish, Justyna was so helpful and professional. We unfortunately had a house sale fall through after the surveyors report and we had to start the entire process again. Justyna and Monika were very helpful and prompt with responses throughout. We have completed the sale on the second property and had more amendments to the mortgage prior to completion and again all was fulfilled promptly and we were made to feel comfortable enough to send these requests.
