We closed on time.
I feel there could have been more human to human interaction. Much of the communication was through email or texting. As first time home buyers, the information and terminology was new to us. Videos were emailed to watch about different stages of the process as opposed to speaking directly with an agent. It would have been great to be given the opportunity to ask questions on the spot. This made our experience less personal.

I feel like 2 stars is a bit low for the excellent service on your loan. I personally spoke to both of you on the phone many times and thought everything was great until I saw this review. There were many times that you were called and not available, so we texted or emailed to make sure the loan continued to move fast. The videos are automated. You closed on time as well.
