Communication, overall knowledge and expertise, and the sense of trust. Julie did a fantastic job using her expertise and personal skills to make me feel comfortable to trust her in the entire process that she would do the right thing and not only process my loan but be there as a real person to ensure that I was getting the best deal possible. The whole team was extremely helpful and very clear in communication. Any Question I had was met with a prompt and clear answer, even if I may have asked the same question twice, they helped me understand every step of the process. With how fast everything came together and all of the hurdles that Seemed to pop up daily, I felt I had great support in getting to closing, I cant I can't thank Julie and her team enough!
