Jillian in Santa Cruz is so helpful and supportive. The b12 ( plus) injections are worth the extra price. Jill will listen carefully and help you through plateaus and is constantly supportive.

Absolute fantastic experience. I joined at the recommendation of a friend, and I have been very, very impressed. The providers are VERY knowledgeable of all of the latest medical treatment options, and the support on that journey doesn't stop there. Interesting concept. Fairly hard sell by the receptionist. As we sat there for first appt, we listened to the same verbiage over abd over. "No you have to commit for three months. Not just a month!" The different specialists you see each week cover different aspects of the jumpstart theory. Our last appt was with a person who was very sweet but didn't really have answers to questions we asked, as she was "new". Never offered to followup. Quality customer care from Brenda at the front to meeting Erwin for my appointment. I have had such a wonderful positive experience with Jumpstart MD. They truly listen to you and help you on your weight loss/ healthy lifestyle journey. Erwin is always the highlight of my Thursday morning. He has such a positive infectious energy that truly helps you get motivated and knowing that I'm checking in with him keeps me motivated! I highly encourage you to try it out!!

I have had good results working with Jumpstart MD. I love the vitamin injections and the weekly/biweekly check ins to keep me focused and accountable. If you need supervision and accountability on your weight loss journey I strongly recommend working with them. The location downtown is super convenient!

I'm just starting with them for hormone therapy. I'll write more as I have more experience. However, they claim to be convenient by having multiple locations but they are at these locations rarely (one morning a week)and getting an apointment is way too difficult with much too much time to wait. It's about a 3 or 4 week wait if your schedule is just a little demanding. I have no idea how someone with a truly demanding schedule would see them. JumpstartMD is a solid low carb program and if you stick with it, it works. I needed adult supervision and monitoring and that's what I'm getting. The coaches are all really nice but you don't get the same coach throughout. Each week you may see a different person and even after you get to know all the coaches in the office, someone from another office might show up. I'm thrilled to tell the world how my wellness is improving by leaps & bounds since joining the JumpstartMD program. Jumpstart MD is the ONLY program that I've ever lost weight on and kept it off. I've tried everything - Jenny Craig, WeightWatchers, low-fat, high-exercise, you name it. It's been 2 years 2 months and I've dropped approx 60 lbs and am happily now living the ketogenic lifestyle and don't see any reason to change going forward.
