My neighbor has had a leak from upstairs going on 3+ years, management refused to look into it. Now that it's been looked into and "repaired", Junction is refusing to pay for water damages because the neighbor didn't call the leak on time. Let me add: this is devastating water damage affecting 4 units. 2 units have ceiling to floor rot. Absolutely horrendous management. Every single neighbor I have spoken to has had their emails/complaints ignored. I’ve been waiting for a response from Ashley for weeks, and nothing. I emailed info@junction to complain, and they ignored me too. Unbelievable. I wish I could give 0 stars. PS to Junction - don’t give me an automated response telling me to reach out with issues. I did, but everyone is too lazy to do their jobs and respond to complaints.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and unethical property management company ever. John is the lowest of the low. He is rude and a racist. He really thinks he owns your property. Do not I repeat hire this PM company. They do not address issues regarding your property in a timely manner with no updates. Horrible

I OWN a townhome where we are required to pay HOA fees through Junction. In our community, most aspects of upkeep fall on us as residents and the HOA enforces through fees to keep community standards high which is great. In our community the only primary responsibility of our HOA is essentially to upkeep our lawns. I have been here for a year paying $100/mo to watch the lawn service come weed eat my dirt once a week. This company and it's management take zero pride in actually doing their jobs.

If you ever need a property management company that say what the will do, and then go above and beyond to keep your properties clean, well maintained, and just looking good!!! Junction Property Management is your final stop!!!
