This is one of the worst property management companies. They hire people that break the law and them and the owner lie.

I put my trash can out at 12:06 pm today Thursday 9-5-24, tomorrow is Friday 9-6-24 trash pick up day. These people just sent me an email threatening to fine me if my trash can is not put away. When are we allowed to put our trash out for pickup? Stay away from this HOA.

This company makes things difficult. A work order put in about a month ago still hasn't been satisfactorly completed. They threaten with action if you don't pay the HOA dues, but don't provide an invoice. The old company was better, but this is what happens with the lowest bid.

This property management company has TERRIBLE service. We own our home and pay HOA fees to Junction and have had internal and external (external is HOA) water damage that we remedied using OUR OWN money while we wait for the HOA to figure out a solution for the external damage. Throughout this process, Junction has ignored our phone calls and emails asking for the HOA insurance terms. We finally got the terms months later which allowed our home insurance to do interior work to remedy mold that had grown due to the water dama... read more

Don't live anywhere where John Talton is in charge. He personally bullies tenants, peeps through windows, stalks, and shows favoritism. He makes our lives living hell. I believe his energy should be redirected to fix safety issues, landscaping, pumping, and other issues. Instead of running the community like a nazi camp.
