Reception was seamless. Staff was courteous and friendly. Wendy Smith has been our physician for many years, and we followed her from Family Practice. She seems to be much happier at Urgent Care.

Visiting my son in your town after Mohs surgery to remove some skin cancer on my ear in Anchorage. I needed some tiny stitches removed, you guys did it. Everyone in the building was very nice, friendly and very competent. If I were to ever live in Juneau I would use them for all my health care needs.

Every time I've gone to Juneau Urgent Care, every single staff person - from the receptionist to the doctors - have been just wonderful to work with. Went again yesterday with my Mom and they took excellent care of her. So appreciate this wonderful resource in our town!

The office visit was fine. Got a prescription for 3 days of Cipro antibiotics which seemed to do the trick however about a week after I was done taking them the diarrhea has returned. Going to drop off a stool sample today for testing. It should also be noted that I tested positive for covid at home on July 25th and had mild symptoms: stuffy nose, lack of energy, slight issues w/diarrhea, and brain fog. Was just starting to recover from that when I got the food poisoning on 15th(?).
