Horrible customer service and shoddy work. Our floors were obviously not properly prepped when flooring was installed. 1year later, nails are coming through from subfloor. The subfloor joints weren't sanded and are now buckling, causing floor to crack. Steve, said he was the owner, came out. Immediately was very RUDE and basically said not his problem and walked out. One of the rudest contractors we have ever encountered. I will be sure to let anyone looking for flooring not to use this business.

Brian, we are very sorry to hear of the concerns in your floors. As Steve had explained, the issue is not with the joints of the floor, it is within the subfloor that was installed by the contractor. Junge's Flooring preps prior to laying the floor, however, over time subfloor can expand and contract, causing nails to push through, as well as peak at the seams of the subfloor. No. Just no. Commercials are terrible and I have only heard negative things about them. And please DON’T use your children in television commercials. Just don’t. It’s so not cute. It is really really annoying!!!!!!
they put the WRONG carpet in my house! like a totally different color than I picked out. I picked out a gray flecked carpet and came home to tan carpet installed! I HATE this carpet and their response - too bad - here is the final invoice! Terrible experience! now I have tan carpet, they must have needed to get rid of extra stock or something and gave it to the single mom with no recourse! thanks for nothing Junge Flooring! I saved up Money for new carpet I hate!
If there is a problem with your installation good luck. Steve doesn't accept responsibility and will only make your problem worse if you ask him to do anything about it. Then yell at you if you complain about that.
