The crew did a great job cutting and removing trees from our friend's property! They're in high demand so there was a bit of a wait (about two weeks), but it was worth it!
For the cost this was the worst lawn service I have ever used they blew piles of grass into the street they didn’t even mow the back yard they just took a weed eater to it left it all in even and they didn’t even take care of the area by the driveway that I specifically had them add in the notes to do. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because when the could not do the work when it Rained they emailed me.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel service for personal reasons. Michael took my call and was absolutely amazing. He made me feel appreciated and heard as a customer. Rest assured, when I'm ready to restart service, I'll be heading back and it's mostly because of Michael. Customer service was above and beyond!!!
The crews do a good job. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with their front-facing office staff, which has affected the services provided, which is the reason for the low rating. I signed a proposal committing to at least 12 weeks of having my front and back yards mowed. Due to clerical errors, over six weeks, my back yard has only been mowed once. I gave them chance after chance because the front office is nice but the lawn cutters are flat out malicious. I thought at first it was incompetence but when you add up all the facts, it has it has to be intentional. Firstly, they destroyed of all my solar LED lights that were installed around my tree by knocking, mowing over and breaking them.
