For some reason my last review was deleted. I wanted to warn folks about this company and I would not trust all of the 5 star reviews you see here. The work done by Just Right Lawns is lazy and unprofessional. After being a regular client for over a year, we had an instance where a crew blew all of the leaves from our yard (we have a TON each year) straight into our neighbors yard. They took overgrown trees and bushes and made our property look like a New Home. We’re trying to rent it. They did an excellent job very reasonable rates and did it in a timely fashion.
This is a bit of an unusual review as I didn’t actually end up moving forward with the service. But the customer service was top notch even though I didn’t ACTUALLY become a customer (yet). Long story short, my previous local “lawn guy” was MIA for a period and then re-appeared, so after he did my lawn while I was away, I no longer needed Just Right’s services. I have only been using JustRight Lawns for 2 cuts so far, but I appreciate what they do for me, namely cut the grass, edge and blow. I don't need more and I don't want to pay for stuff I don't want/need. I also appreciate they don't require a contract. They show up promptly every 2 weeks and it all looks better when they finish.
I’d called 5-6 other lawn services in the area over the past few months since my mower broke, no response and a no show. JRL picked up first time I called, were very friendly and professional, and they came out the following day. My lawn looks lovely and that’s one less stressor I’ve got on my plate Fast forward to Aug.
