Justeen was beyond helpful and personable throughout the the whole process. She did an exceptional job at answering all of our questions and keeping us in the loop. From the moment I met Justeen, I knew that I would be able to work well wiyh her. Little did I know how well. She pleasently and promptly addressed every issue we had it terms that I ws immediately able to following thru on. We closed on a VA loan which was a little more leg work on my part....but Justeen and Rachel were totally awesome to work with and worked the most perfect new mortgage for us in a rural area.
