I was very impressed with how quick we got the process moving in the beginning, there seemed to be a fallout in communication towards the end and i I do understand the holidays may have caused some of those delays and the personal stepping out of Rachel . Also the closing hiccup with the paperwork formatting issue also pushed closing from the 23 to the 26 but today is the 1st not sure when we will receive the checks to payoff the debts
