But, Justin went above and beyond in just about every regard. We had a unique situation that required special attention and extra work. Previous lenders seemed like they couldn't be bothered to work with us, and Justin was exactly the opposite. The process is still time-consuming and laborious but he made it as easy on us as possible, and was incredibly friendly throughout.

Being clueless about this process I fully expected it to be stress filled...quite the contrary! Working with Justin was more like reconnecting with an old friend! He is very easygoing and extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer our questions! What more can you ask for? We would definitely use Justin and his team again and would highly recommend them.

Justin Pohn was outstanding, as was Yvonne and the entire team. Walked us through the whole Refi. process, and made sure we understood all the details. Great rate, smooth and efficient document collection, always available for questions and clarification...loan even closed a week ahead of schedule. Overall, a 5 star experience in every way.
