We loved our dinner at K-Bar. We usually celebrate special occasions here. Our waiter Louis was such a professional, but still fun and an excellent server. He helped us choose a wonderful wine and was attentive, didn't hover, but still accommodated our every need. Our steaks were probably the best we've ever had, or at least in recent memory. My husband had the rib eye and I had the New York strip steak. He said his was delicious but mine tasted like sterno I took two bites and couldn’t do anymore. I didn’t let our waiter know because he likely would have brought me another steak, and I just couldn’t. I have always had great food here so I was definitely surprised.
Food was great! Service was mediocre. Asked for an IPA and received Bud Light at best. Never received the side of fries we ordered. Would have asked for them but the waiter dropped off food and rarely returned.
We ordered the petite filet minion, and it was perfect by itself. I added nothing to it. The beef is if the highest quality and it’s like chewing butter. The sides are excellent, don’t underestimate the grilled veggies, they are delicious. Are server Joanna was excellent, she friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend eating here, just make sure you make a reservation.
Way too expensive for what you get. Prices have been raised 8-10 dollars a plate since we went last.
Shrimp pasta was good. Bobby is an excellent server. Hopefully they will remodel and put booths back.
Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Service was wonderful.
