Everything was great, given that they'd run out of iceberg lettuce and I couldn't get a wedge salad. I survived on the beet salad, which was every bit as good as the wedge. (But who runs out of iceberg lettuce???!!!) There was a screaming child there that should have been taken out, and it was unsettling to have to listen to her, but we also survived that. We have heard and seen many reviews on K-bar since Covid that did not make the place sound appealing. However, we thought we should actually try it ourselves to make up our own minds, so we made reservations for three on a Sunday, right at prime dinner hour. Great service. Very good food. Nice people at front counter.
I had the rib eye, hubby had the filet. Both entrées were cooked perfectly to our request. Service was impeccable. It was a very nice dining experience!
The food is excellent and K-Bar is our favorite place to eat on our special occasions. One of the staff persons goes out of his way to make sure we've got everything we need!
Great food, great service. The only downside is the hostess is not very friendly or personable for a high end steak house.
We had to do a lot of waiting while dining here. The steak was very good and the halibut was also good. We had to wait for our table even though we had a reservation, server was great but we always had to wait in between courses. I would eat here again but make sure you’re not doing anything important after dinner.
