Very bad affiliate customer service. Becky will cut your auction company off and leave you hanging after making valiant efforts to produce successful auctions. They charge 10% buyer and seller premiums....Good outlet for some stuff but think twice before becoming an affiliate and building a business model with them. I would look to ProxiBid or other third party auction sites if you are a seller!
This place is Complete B/S! They use crap server's and bad web design, or just a story to redo auctions when they don't do well!! Don't do business with these scammers!!!
Don't let these people fool you, they sit,in an office, collecting money from affiliates monthly, 10% BUYERS PREMIUM on EVERYTHING sold, not even the affliates get 10% on big ticket items, and still have no,idea what they are doing. They continue to press the "I know nothing" button on affliates that bid on their owns items, to line their pockets, they continue to use the "blame game" on shifty sellers, taking NO RESPONSIBILITY and have decreased their office staff, to line those golden pockets even more, and make it harder... read more
We were once KBid supporters! Until we brought in a bunch of stuff for KBid to put online to sell for us and my mother in law. Their affiliate did this and sold it all! In all our cut was about $470. So we started asking when we'd receive our money. We got excuses upon excuses about how she was closing and didn't have our money. I asked her why and she said times are tough and she wasn't making enough money and she was using what she sold from the current auction to pay people on past auctions or to pay the bills associated ... read more
DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS THROUGH A K-BID SELLER! If the seller decides they are just gonna keep your items,and money corporate will do NOTHING to help you. Two phone calls to the K-Bid office that resulted in them doing NOTHING. They told me both times they would try to resolve the issue, but didn't even send me the information they promised to send or return my call the first time I called.
