I couldn't even get them on the phone to schedule boarding and training, left three messages, called the other location was promised they would let manager at the LA location know, no call back, finally texted them, got response and then nothing, what if my dog was boarded there and I wanted needed to talk to someone, will no longer, time to find another boarding and training facility.
Just saw video on them using chain probably choke or pinch to train dogs. That is no longer used and can hurt dogs. Opt for force free or positive reinforcement to train your pet. Best of luck.
I have used K9s Only off and on since they first opened in the valley. But I have not had need for day care since 2016. I was shocked to find that I would have to pay $25 for an evaluation of my dog, who has been there boarding and day care and is very social. This because it has been over 6 months since our last visit. My 7 year old Labrador Retriever has not changed personality.
