Friendly professionals with the highest quality service. I appreciate the fact that they remember a neck pillow because of my neck pain. Also remembering to not lay me down flat because of my back problems. I especially like the on-going information of what is happening and why as the work is being done. Ann & Jan Is AWE-some!!! I was drawn into this establishment due to Ann (Reception) who is a personal acquaintance years ago. I am SO blessed to be able to work with Ann (who is very efficient) and have Jan (Tech) work on my cleanings 2x a year. And I do not even live in Honolulu! They are both "old school" - Excellent customer service and very caring. You feel you are not JUST a patient that has been assigned a patient number. Mahalo Ann & Jan!

Professional and friendly Excellent care today. Dr. Candace Wada has the most professional demeanor yet she is so warm that it makes any nervous patient as myself at ease. Dr. Wada made sure that I was comfortable before she began the procedure even though it took a little more time for the local anesthetic to kick in. She displayed great patience and I appreciated it immensely.
