Kam guided me through every step of the process. As a first time homebuyer, I knew very little about what homebuying/loan process would be, and Kam explained everything that would happen before it would happen. The process was smooth because of her help.
Kam was absolutely phenomenal in how she explained how to get to my pre-approval goal with her overall assessment of my profile. Then as I was approved, she assisted me along the way with any questions or concerns I had. Thing got a bit complicated with my file but there was nothing she couldn't handle. Not only did we close but closed with perks. This wasn't an easy process but she definitely gave me a peace of mind. I've recommended her to EVERYONE I know.
Kam made the home buying process a breeze, she was very detailed and thorough. She gave specific time lines, action items tasks of what we needed to get the job done... no guess work at all. Best of all every projection or deadline was met without any hiccups. Signing day was smooth and quick, the office was very friendly and welcoming as well. Awesome experience, I will refer Kam a million times over very thankful to have her on our side.

I LOVE LOVE Kam Grants work effort. It was an absolute breeze working with her. Most lenders don't answer their phones on the weekends but not Kam. She is ALWAYS available and goes out of her way to accommodate the client and that is a big deal for me.
Kam qualifies my buyer in a few days and we were in escrow in a few days after that! Close was successful and all parties were happy! She’s an awesome lender and on top of things.
