Considering we’re in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and uncertainty is all we can count on, we had an excellent experience with Kamran Jomeh and LeaderOne. Kamran is very thorough and very knowledgeable about the best way to save money for homebuyers. He went through every document over the phone (COVID-19) and was very patient with me as I asked questions. Also, he is flexible with scheduling and allowed us to close on our own schedule. Good man, good company. Very satisfied with Kamran Jomeh.
Kamran was so knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. With all the problems due to covid-19 he always found the time and a way to help. Kamran was very good at answering our questions & keeping us informed at the beginning & end of the process. A LARGE improvement would be to more accurately estimate the closing costs. At the end, they ended up increasing by almost $3,000 compared to initial estimates. Luckily we were able to accommodate the large swing (from ~$4,000 up to $7,000), but had we been buying our first house with a super tight budget, we would have been panicked & crushed. Hello! Mr. Kamran Jomed had been very helpful for me and my kids. He explained stuff that I need to know to help me with my mortgage decision. Kamran was exceptionally responsive & very clear on the loan process. He was willing to meet us to exchange paperwork. In the middle to the end of the process, we didn’t hear from him much, but learned no news was good news.
