Kamran was very good at answering our questions & keeping us informed at the beginning & end of the process. A LARGE improvement would be to more accurately estimate the closing costs. At the end, they ended up increasing by almost $3,000 compared to initial estimates. Luckily we were able to accommodate the large swing (from ~$4,000 up to $7,000), but had we been buying our first house with a super tight budget, we would have been panicked & crushed. Hello! Mr. Kamran Jomed had been very helpful for me and my kids. He explained stuff that I need to know to help me with my mortgage decision.
