Hey Kamran and his underwriters were the most accepting patient and willing to go the rounds to get this loan done we even had to extend closing an extra 30 days because the seller was outside of contract multiple times. However the team was more than communicative on deadlines and needed documents and work around that we were able to find for any type of headaches.
