Timothy Estrello is an excellent and expert in assisting the customers. Today, December 1st, 2022, he called me to do my car insurance. Even though, the connection on the phone was bad, he persisted with a great patience and called me again until the service was successfully completed and I got my car insurance. I really admire and appreciate Timothy's incomparable help to me. Hope all the agents do assist the customers in the splendid manner like he did. Thumbs up and wish him the best luck!
