Everyone was very nice & courteous
Complete satisfaction! They got me in a moment notice from my primary dentist. July 3’rd 2:30 in the afternoon and they tell my dentist to send him over. ( incredible in just that. ) They are expecting me as soon as I walk in the office, I sit down and am called back within literally 1 to 2 minutes. ( I might ad I have never been here! ) The office staff are amazing, take me a room confirm why I am there ask me to fill out the paperwork and Dr Baker comes in. The staff here are exceptional! And Dr. Hlavacek was great and explained step by step the procedure he was performing on my husband.
Everyone at Kansas City Surgical Arts did a great job with my tooth extraction. No pain, was very comfortable, they gave good post-op instructions, answered all my questions and followed-up afterwards. Would recommend to anyone who needs oral surgery to give them a call.
Everyone was very courteous and concerned with my comfort. I had a really good experience and I have anxiety usually when I go to the dentist, but I didn’t have any pain or discomfort this time at all thank you so much for taking the time to make sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on.
