Very professional. I checked in didn't have to wait long. Went in the back got prepared. Doctor explained what was going to happen. Didn't feel any pain. I was very grateful
From start to finish, customer service has been #1. The process of getting my implant surgery was seamless. Dr. Keeney is the best. When I called to schedule a consultation I was told he wasn’t accepting new patients. I asked if he could make an exception and was able to see him. He also did my husband’s implant surgery so in my mind I didn’t want to see anyone else! Thank you so much.

Everyone at Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery I've dealt with has been very polite, professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Keeney had to do some major grafting for my implants and while I'm still in the process, the procedure went well, I was made to feel very comfortable and there's been good follow-up.
