Stellar Customer Service (And Rings) My wife was looking the perfect weddings bands for us and stumbled across Karat's baguette band. Even though we're in the NY area, we decided to order — and it was one of the best decisions we've made together. Karat quickly adjusted my wife's band when we realized it was a bit small and then, two years later, when I had a mishap with a local jeweler who completely polished my band, Karat restored the ring to its (perfect) original condition absolutely free of charge. They've definitely earned customers for life.

My fiance and I saw a ring we loved on their Etsy shop and since we're only about a 30 minute drive from the physical shop, decided to go check it out in person. The ring was gorgeous and a fair price. I loved that it was a unique design and particularly, with the center stone, one-of-a kind. It was resized and ready for me within a couple of days and everyone who sees it gushes over it.

I have no words how unbelievable Karat has been. From their customer service, to their work. I walked into Karat Jewelers because when my fiance and I got engaged, he bought me a gorgeous pear shaped ring, but the band was too big and the band quality was poor (stones were falling out). The original jeweler in Los Angeles re-did my ring after the proposal, and when we went to Los Angeles to pick it up I was in shock how it came out. The jeweler set it way too high, it was too big in size, and the stones started falling out again a month later! That is when I came across Mark at Karat Jewelers. After we discussed what I wanted to accomplish, Mark assured me he would get it done and exactly what I want. Later that day, he sent me CAD drawings with two different under halo options. Once I chose which one I wanted, Mark made a mold for me to come in and try on, to make sure I was 1000% about it. I got my dream ring, and turn around time was FOUR days!!!!! Not only did they hit the nail on the head with my ring, but I recommended them to my manager and they redid her ring after she saw mine, and she was in tears at how beautiful hers turned out as well! I am a Karat Jeweler customer for life. Thank you Anton and Mark!

Great place! We will be back. Staff here is really nice and helpful. They made a graduation/class ring custom for my daughter that is more beautiful and way less expensive than the ones in the catalog from the school. Plus they restored Nana's ring for my daughter. We will be back. We love this store!
