RecommendedI have no words how unbelievable Karat has been. From their customer service, to their work. I walked into Karat Jewelers because when my fiance and I got engaged, he bought me a gorgeous pear shaped ring, but the band was too big and the band quality was poor (stones were falling out). The original jeweler in Los Angeles re-did my ring after the proposal, and when we went to Los Angeles to pick it up I was in shock how it came out. Great place! We will be back. Staff here is really nice and helpful. They made a graduation/class ring custom for my daughter that is more beautiful and way less expensive than the ones in the catalog from the school. Plus they restored Nana's ring for my daughter. We will be back. We love this store!

I found Karat Jewelry Group while on the hunt for a sapphire band. Both Anton and Mark were amazing to work with. I had an idea in my head and they quickly came up with CAD drawings so I could see what my ring would look like. They also made some suggestions about changes to my existing ring that would make the pair look better together. We went to a wax mold and then they made my ring. All I can say is that it's stunning! I would highly recommend working with them.
