Renee was great. She is personable, kind, and respectful. When you talk to her she looks you in the eye and listens. Her technical and observation skills seem to be between good to excellent. Dr. Heinzelmann is very personable. I like that when he comes in the room he shakes my hand.

This Office is the Best!!!! My wife and I have been going to Dr. Heinzelmann since we moved here from Chicago 26 years ago and find he and his staff to be both the most professional and personable group we have ever met. We have both had several procedures (including implants) done through the years and must say we are VERY PLEASED! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend this office, even for the most complicated procedures.

I was there in the office 10 minutes early, but you took me in right away. Dr. Heinzelmann and other workers were all cheerful and did a good quick work. I appreciated their work and friendly atmosphere.
