the staff treated us less than human they thought it was funny when itold them I almost lost a loved one we did everything we were told to do and when I said I need my car settled I was told no we won't make enough money and then they drop our cases. when asked where was Karl Truman we were told he's out if the country and won't be back until later

Janet, I tried calling and emailing you to discuss your concerns but was not able to reach you. Nobody thinks anything about your situation is funny. After your last attorney dropped your case we wanted to see if we could help. Regrettably, it became apparent that we were not able to meet your expectations which is why we advised that we were not able to continue with your case. It is my understanding that you have a new attorney representing you so we wish you the best of luck with your case.
I have deleted my original review after a few conversations with Karl and his office Manager. I stand by my review.
I trusted this firm based on FB reviews but I realize I was wrong to believe "people perhaps paid to write positive reviews". I am in Workers Comp as we speak and I would like to let people know that this firm is a joke , they are racist , let me get evicted from my apt because they lack experience and let the case drag on behalf of Insurance co , they are liers, deceivers have no compassion towards another human been .
