Kate was available to us day/night, weekday/weekend, and always able to answer questions with speed and accuracy. This was extremely important to me and my wife because we are new homeowners and ignorant in all things mortgage. This is my second time buying a home but the process still seem new and overwhelming. I had a great team to work with me and answer all questions I had. They made the process bearable because it seem like I was going to loose it.
