We are new patients of Dr Keating, we just moved back to town, and I had just set up our cleaning appointments for October and November. My 13 yo daughter had a toothache over the weekend, but it was really hurting Sunday night. I called first thing Monday am, and they got us in right near the end of her school day. Dr Keating and her staff have turned the dreaded dental appointment into a pleasant experience. Starting with Sue at the front desk with her welcoming smile to Dr Keating and everyone in between, make sure that all our needs are met in a caring and professional way. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr Keating.
Dr. Keating and her associates make you feel at home when you arrive and when you are sitting in the examination room. I don't dread going to the dentist's office. It is always a positive experience. Dr. Keating is a consummate professional and highly skilled. She is an excellent communicator and listener, and has a great chair-side manner. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Keating purchased Dr. Nelson's practice upon his retirement. Being a harvard professor, he would not have sold it to any dentist. Dr. Keating and staff are professional, highly skilled with some of the latest equipment and make me feel like family. I have the highest of confidence that she and her staff deliver the highest possible dental services available.
