Everyone was professional and courteous.
Very nice ,the nurse ,front desk. And Doctor were polite and professional
Dr. Hoppe is the best, as is her receptionist. I'm just wondering why I was asked if I was working at or attending the RNC. I know the receptionist was told she had to ask this.
Dr. Hoppe was awesome. She fully explained everything in clear language, answered ALL my questions, and even did something that no other doctor I've treated with has ever done before...lol. At the end of the exam, she actually asked me if I had any more questions. Bravo!! She's a good one; keep her!
I wish froedrtert south had a ophthalmologist, allergist. It seems that pleasant prairie and kenosha are just piolet spinoff from Milwaukee. I wish there were more doctors like Dr Hoppe.Professional, intelligent, very engaging, great sense of humor. I trust her. Enough said. If one trust their doctor- that says everything . Thank you for hiring her.
Dr. Hoppe is wonderful! Very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and provides genuine care and well-being for me personally and health or health concerns, etc. Highly recommend Dr. Hoppe.
She was one of the least helpful doctors I've seen within the Froedert network. Had very little bedside manner, no compassion, and seemed to think all of it was related to just one simple outcome. I can't believe how high of a review she has here.
Sorry, but when the doctor tells you there's no such thing as a sinus headache in the ENT world, I question the doctor's knowledge and skills. She started the appointment of by telling me that surgery wasn't going to fix my problem. She also told me the MRI my provider ordered wasn't any good because they just amplified my problems. She proceeded to tell me that the best she could do was get me on medication to resolve my issue and that I needed to see a neurologist for my sinus headaches that aren't a thing in her world. The Dr was short with the answers. Didn't really explain things. I was told she doesn't know about a question about something stated on the MRI, that I would need to see a different doctor for that. She appears to be not very caring, and in a rush with her time.
